Artworks
My art is where my mind takes me, sometimes to dreamlike worlds filled with color and emotion, other times to playful, cartoon-inspired scenes. Living with a bipolar mood means my creative journey is never linear. It’s an exploration of contrasts, moods, and stories waiting to be shared. Here, you’ll find the inspirations and details behind each piece, and maybe even a glimpse of the worlds I carry within.

Not just another in the croud
In a world saturated with images, voices, and replicated identities, Not Just Another in the Crowd is both a visual and existential statement. The piece places Mr. Dax amid a mass of indistinct figures, different yet paradoxically the same, people who do not stand out, merely surviving in the chaos of modern life.
Here, the vibrant yellow cuts through the darkness, a symbol of uniqueness that refuses to be erased. Everyone, at some point, wants to be seen, recognized, distinguished. We live in the age of audience, where each person seeks their moment of visibility, broadcasting their lives to thousands, maybe millions.
Have you ever stopped to think about how insane that is? The future is a constant battle for attention. But amidst the struggle for visibility, the real difference isn’t in the fight for the spotlight, it’s in the authenticity of those who step into it.

Joe Cool
Just like the iconic beagle who adopts the persona of Joe Cool to escape reality and reinvent himself,
Joe Cool is a manifestation of my inner universe, multifaceted, vibrant, and in constant transformation. Within me coexist countless identities: a colorblind dreamer, a restless creator, a free
spirit who finds in art a space to exist without boundaries.
Pop art has always challenged the rigidity of reality with irony and color, and Joe Cool follows this path, dissolving modern tensions into a universe where being cool is not just a pose but a manifesto of freedom. Nothing can break this intoxication of joy, a kind of chaotic balance that defines both my art and my way of seeing the world.

Steamboat Mickey in Tagaland
My creative and emotional journey has been deeply influenced by Disney. I am a child of the 1990s, and that speaks volumes about what I saw, lived, and absorbed. The Lion King, Mulan, Aladdin, these timeless classics shaped my perception of wonder and magic.
Through animation and film, Disney instilled in me a vision where light, color, and fantasy hold an irresistible allure. After all, why do lights captivate both adults and children? Because they embody the Disney way of seeing things, the magic of transforming a fleeting moment into something extraordinary, a flirtation with the impossible and the improbable.
In Steamboat Mickey in Tagaland, I reimagine the iconic Steamboat Willie, transporting him into my own artistic dimension. Here, he doesn’t navigate the monochrome landscapes of 1928 but sails through my vibrant universe, where pop art meets the enchantment of childhood. His steam-powered boat glides across the colorful waters of Tagaland, a world where imagination is the compass and the impossible does not exist.
Whether in the drifting clouds or the full heart flower fields, every canvas is a gateway to this magical realm. In Taga Land, the only rule is to dream, because, as Walt Disney once said, if you can dream it, you can do it.

SuperDax
"When the weak and the oppressed cry out for salvation, there he is, Super Dax."
The phrase could be the introduction to any classic comic book superhero, but Dax is far from ordinary. He is a reimagined archetype, a reflection of something deeper: devotion, selflessness, and the visceral urge to fix everything for everyone.
In this piece, Super Dax is not merely a character, he is the embodiment of a universal impulse: the need to be the hero of one’s own story. Pop art has always played with the iconography of power and salvation, and here, that language merges with the artist’s personal experience.
Like the icons of great visual epics, Super Dax transcends the figure of the ordinary savior. He becomes a symbol of identity and self-discovery, where the hero is not just the one who rescues others, but the one who, by revealing himself to the world, ultimately rescues himself.
Who is Mr Dax?
Mr. Dax is more than just a character: he is the embodiment of my psyche, a mirror of my identity, desires, and restlessness. His essence is born from the fusion of my own personality and the distinct features of my dog, Feijuca, creating an alter ego that inhabits the universe of my work.
Every time Mr. Dax appears on a canvas, he reflects the situations I wish to be in, the dialogues I long to create, and the narratives I yearn to explore. Inspired by the aesthetics of classic comics and the
irreverence of pop art, he moves between multiple realities, sometimes as the protagonist of iconic reinterpretations, sometimes immersed in vibrant new scenarios that challenge the contemporary world.
My artistic influences form a mosaic of inspirations: from Warhol, Keith Haring, and Murakami to the rebelliousness of Banksy and KAWS, alongside the visual richness of Speto and OSGEMEOS. Mr. Dax absorbs these influences and transforms, assuming different roles and narratives, as a monarch from another era, a reinvented pop icon, or a character that defies the reality around him.
More than a recurring figure, Mr. Dax is a visual manifesto: an invitation to imagine possible futures, challenge conventions, and, above all, bring color and shape to the dreams I carry.
